E-commerce Data Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst for a well-established e-commerce retailer specializing in kids' fashion. The candidate should have strong MS Excel and data analysis skills, with experience in sales reporting, inventory planning, and business performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to forecast inventory requirements and maintain optimum stock levels.
  • Track inventory budgets and identify slow-moving products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to monitor production schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor vendor costing, profit margins, and minimum order quantities (MOQs).
  • Maintain inventory trackers and dashboards using MS Excel.
  • Analyze sales performance, gross margins, and inventory turnover to support business decisions.
