Job Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Growth & Marketplace Specialist for a well-established and growing e-commerce retailer specializing in women’s fashion. The role will focus on driving online growth, improving marketing performance, managing marketplace operations, and supporting overall e-commerce sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow e-commerce sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
  • Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, inventory, and promotional activities.
  • Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Monitor marketplace and marketing performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales data, customer trends, and competitor activities to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
