Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Merchandiser cum Inventory Planner for a growing e-commerce retailer specializing in kids' fashion. The role involves merchandise & inventory planning, vendor coordination, stock management, sales analysis, and inventory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandise & inventory planning based on sales trends and demand.
Monitor stock levels, OTB, sell-through and slow-moving products.
Coordinate with vendors, fabric suppliers and production units.
Track production schedules, lead times and replenishments.
Support costing, margins and MOQ negotiations.
Maintain inventory reports and Excel dashboards.
Analyze sales, inventory turnover, GM and ROI.
