Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager for a well-established company engaged in the manufacturing of iron and steel products. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall factory operations, production, manpower, quality, safety, and ensuring efficient achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall factory and production operations.
  • Plan and monitor production schedules and targets.
  • Supervise manpower and coordinate with production teams.
  • Ensure product quality and timely production.
  • Monitor raw material usage and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
  • Monitor production costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain production and operational reports.
  • Implement process improvements to improve productivity.
